I wish I had looked at their reviews before buying my Christmas tree from Amazon. Guaranteed to be delivered by next day. Now expected in another week!!!
Ordered a Christmas tree from them on Amazon. Said it would be delivered next day. Tracking 45 minutes before expected delivery time changed to delayed expected in another 7 days.

These are no longer needed. I ordered them for two people who really needed them.
I ordered them in October, but never received a confirmation email. They arrived last week so I substituted them for something else.
I wish I had received a notification that it was on its way. They were supposed to be their Christmas gifts.

I have a utility or kitchen cabinet which I purchased and no instructions came with it on how to assemble it. My sister bought this several months ago but ended up in the hospital and I am trying to assemble the cabinet.

Pompe pour puits arrivée défectueuse no 701-897-****-482****
J'ai acheté pompe mGoplus no 701-897-****-482**** chez Amazone.ca elle fait défaut depuis le début .Le joint d'étanchéité était coiné et il ouais une pièce d'utilisateur à l'intérieur . Ça me prendrait des morceaux pour remplacer.
Plusieurs plombiers sont venus, celui de ce matin Philippe a ouvert la pompe et à découvert que le joint d'étanchéité a été mal posé à votre entreprise, il était coiné.. Oui j'ai esous-officierconcernant la boite originale. .Chez noEtats-Unisu Québec le gel arriver. Ça fait 6 mois que je n'ai pas d'eau dans ma maison.
Je me sert du garçonau d'arrosage de ma voisine pour remplir des bouteilles pour de laver et pour la toilette.. Je n'unje pas de cellulaire pour prendre des photos de la pompe. Je suis déçu de mon achat.
Je ne veux pas payer pour retourner la pompe. Je vais être obligé d'acheter une nouvelle pompe ici dans un magasin local.

The worst customer service and quality control.
I purchased a product on Amazon and when it arrived the box that the product came in was a USED,perviously sold carton that had nothing to due with my purchase.I returned it immediately and was charged $14 for shipping. I was told I would get a full refund..I didnt.Will never deal with GoPlus ever again.
